Questions worth answering

What uses credits?: Anything that queries a data provider — backlinks, keyword volumes, SERPs, competitor data. Your projects, saved keywords and anything already fetched cost nothing to look at again. Google Search Console data is free and never touches your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?: Top-up credits do, and they never expire. The credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens when I run out?: Actions that need fresh data stop and tell you so — there is no overdraft and no surprise invoice. On a paid plan you can top up any time; on the free plan you upgrade.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
